All from Central and South America, authentic cradle of cocoa. Three identical formulations, but three couvertures with totally distinct individual flavours and aromas, as a result of their varietal characteristics. Ocumare, Guarnada and Guyave, three couvertures that have the same physicochemical characteristics, which enables them to be esaily mixed with each other.

Selvaticas Range
The Spanish word “selvática” refers to the lush tropical rain forests where cacao
grows wild and which, together with the exotic legends of the divine origins of cacao, is the inspiration for these exotically flavoured quality chocolates.
The SELVÁTICA COUVERTURE range is made up of TARAKAN and KENDARI, dark couvertures with 75% and 60% cacao respectively, NAYARIT, a 37%
cacao milk chocolate couverture, and JAINA, a 31% cacao white chocolate.
